Every order is baked fresh and carefully packaged before leaving our kitchen. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Delays may occur due to severe weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen cross-contact. Customers with severe food allergies should not consume our products.

Because our cookies are freshly prepared food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
